For seventy years, life at La Perla has unfolded around the table.
What began as a simple act of welcome - a family cooking for the guests of a small Corvara pension in 1956 - has grown into something more layered, but never lost its origin. Three restaurants now sit beneath one roof, each speaking with its own voice, each rooted in the same conviction: that the table is where a house reveals itself.

Les Stües The memory
Six Ladin stube from the eighteenth century, panelled in aged Swiss pine, where the past still speaks softly. Here, Italian cuisine is offered in its most essential register — seasonal, unhurried, and deeply rooted in place.
La Stüa de Michil The expression
A Michelin-starred experience set in stube of singular character, where Chef Simone Cantafio interprets the encounter between the Alps and the Mediterranean, and between the kitchens of East and West that have shaped his philosophy. His cuisine is precise, contemplative, rooted in nature and shaped by long-standing relationships with the producers of these mountains and beyond. Each plate is composed to be received slowly – with all your senses.
Bistrot & Music Club The present
Bright, social, alive with the energy of an evening that's only just beginning. Fresh international plates designed to be shared, a cocktail list that takes itself seriously without losing its sense of play, and live music. This is where the day softens - and where the house meets the present moment, on its own terms.
