Les Stües

Wrapped in warm wooden walls, bathed in soft light, and surrounded by colors that tell stories — Les Stües is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place for the soul. Nestled within Hotel La Perla, it offers an intimate dining experience where every detail is crafted to feel authentic and deeply personal.

Dinner is served from 7:30 PM to 9:15 PM.

Our à la carte menu draws inspiration from Ladin and Italian traditions, guided by the seasons and the excellence of local ingredients. Each dish tells a story of the land, its heritage, and its flavors.
To complement the experience: a buffet of crisp, fresh salads and, every Wednesday, a dessert buffet — a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

The evening is beautifully enhanced by Hotel La Perla’s prestigious wine cellar, featuring over 3,000 labels — each bottle carefully selected to elevate your meal.
