Chef Simone Cantafio and his team organise immersive sessions for the Casa’s guests to talk about what’s cooking in the Stüa de Michil. The sessions allow guests to observe how the team prepares two dishes combining different cultures, straddling tradition and innovation. The sessions take place between 2pm and 4pm in the Stüa’s kitchen. A feast for the eyes and for the palate, as guests are offered a glass of wine and will savour what has been created at the end of the session.
