Alpine Sport Legs

A targeted sports treatment for the legs, ideal for skiers and lovers of mountain sports. Using arnica and alpine essential oils of mountain pine, silver fir and spruce, it helps relax the muscles, stimulate circulation and support faster recovery after physical activity. As winter slowly withdraws from the Dolomites, the Ladin mountains return to silence, light and space. At Hotel La Perla, spring is felt in the rhythm of nature: quiet paths revealed by melting snow, the warmth of wood, gestures rooted in Ladin tradition.

Spring Awakening at Altitude is a two-night escape designed to gently reawaken energy after winter - through stillness, movement and simple rituals of well-being. An invitation to slow down, regain clarity and feel renewed, surrounded by the calm and purity of the mountains.

Your stay includes:

• two nights in a Romantik Room, surrounded by wood, light and silence

• dinners at Le Stües, our traditional dining rooms, where dinner becomes a heartfelt ritual, deeply rooted in place

• a guided spring walk through the alpine landscape as nature awakens. A gentle pace, a pause in a mountain hut, time to look, listen and breathe in the stillness and energy of the mountain
