Our recently renovated restaurant, has always believed in the marriage of traditions and modernity, serving dishes prepared using select, outstanding ingredients. Soft lights, refined centrepieces prepared every day by Mrs Costa, candles and local wooden panelling make this restaurant a timeless jewel.
Chef Simone Cantafio will be taking over from December 2021. He worked with chefs the likes of Carlo Cracco and Gualtiero Marchesi, and also headed the 2-star Michelin Michel Bras Toya Restaurant, belonging to the Bras Family, on the Japanese island of Hokkaido.
