A vegetable patch at high altitude.

Between the hotel and L’Murin we have a small vegetable patch that Stefan takes care of with dedication, love and passion. We grow herbs and vegetables of various kinds that we use in the kitchen and at the bar of the Bistrot. A vegetable garden at a height of one thousand five hundred metres is not easy to maintain, and above all its life is short. Let's just say that the hibernation period lasts most of the year. However, we always look forward to the waking moments and the short turn of the summer, so as to receive something good and precious. After all, it is well known that if nature is treated well, it is always a prodigy of wonders. Having the patch right near the hotel is something simple and casual, but then again it is a source of great joy for us.
