Time to rest
Dear guests, near and far,
Today we close and while this season has been difficult – for the reasons we all know – we feel happy. We did everything in our power to maintain and cement our view of hospitality based on openness, sharing, and wanting to make people feel relaxed in any moment, regardless of when or where. We have our ideas, we love our music, we grow our flowers and are proud of our cuisine, our staff, our cleaning staff, and whoever works behind the scenes to follow the development of the season. We like how our staff really gives their best, the scent of breakfast first thing in the morning, and what about the Bistrot’s cocktails? Without you, dear guests, we would be like snails without a house and camels without a hump. See you soon – when the mountains are covered in snow, and we hope to see those guests, from far away, who have not had the chance to visit us yet.
