Where is art?
In the past, art was a medium between man and nature, used to discern humanity’s fundamental questions, spur its imagination; a bridge between people and nature’s otherness, its profound deepness and beauty. Today, we do not know what has happened to art, or where it has gone to: it cannot mediate between us and nature, meshed in an ever more oppressing technological universe. Sometimes we glimpse it, like an unexpected flower, in our everyday tasks. Or, dear guests, even in your dishes: a small kernel of art, a bridge between nature and you. Not that bad, right?
