A 2 chef dinner celebration

Ashley Palmer-Watts, head chef of Heston Blumenthal, is here visiting us, and tonight he will be cooking with our chef Nicola Laera, dinner to be served in the Stüa de Michil. This is a gourmet encounter between Ladin roots and the visionary, avant-garde world created by the innovators of the new British style of cooking. It is an appointment not to be missed, a unique opportunity to taste, enjoy and compare different styles united by a common denominator: passion. We start at 7 p.m. with an aperitif served in Ciasa Vedla accompanied by welcome champagne and continue in the Stüa de Michil with an eight-course menu created by the two chefs. The evening promises an 'alternation' of cuisine creativity that will be accompanied by wines selected for the occasion. If you wish to choose the wine you prefer yourself, you may of course consult the wine list. It will certainly be an excellent evening, dedicated to a Europe of taste, which is open and without restrictions.
