Our spring rolls are special. The crispy dough filled with delicious food is prepared just like we Ladins know how. And we like to think that on the other side of the world someone is kneading the dough, rolling it out, cutting it up, frying, cooking and decorating their own version of spring rolls for siblings who might be eating it on the riverside, in the countryside, or in the sprawling Asian cities, relishing in a mouthful of pure bliss.
