Stüa cöcena

Stüa cöcena, the red stüa. When you dine at the Les Stües, the hotel’s restaurant, all the rooms are dedicated to a different colour. Blue, yellow, red, white: a chromatic variation which is an invitation to let yourself go and be pampered. These coloured rooms are your home away from home, a Ladin home with wooden walls and ancient stories, low ceilings and soft colours, sober and light textiles. Les Stües are a hymn to hospitality and wellbeing, bolstered by a cuisine that mixes Ladin simplicity and tradition when preparing its dishes, using local and organic produce with creativity and aplomb. Some of the guests have commented that the rooms are akin to a live museum, where the only thing they can do is let themselves go and await the arrival of their mouth-watering dish – served on time, with discretion, and a smile. A feast for the eyes and the palate – at the end of the day, it is always a good idea to eat at Les Stües.
