There are many ways to start service in the kitchen. There are those who dance the haka and those who hand out fives. Others people put their hands on their hearts and others shake their fists and close their eyes. Some people make the sign of the cross and others raise their glance to the heavens. There are those who beg for mercy and those who pray in silence. Some people form a circle with their companions and others breathe deeply for a long time. Our masters of the pan, however, look each other in the eyes and say: 'Come on, today too we can give them something special to enjoy!'
