Club 44 – how the Bistrot once was

What music there was at Club 44. And what good fun too. The photo seems like a gypsy celebration. Certainly there was a lot of gypsy style rhythm. However, the music of the evenings alternated always ... but there was always swing and spring in the step of all. And then at a certain point along came Nile Rogers together with Norma and Luci and ‘all that pressure got you down, has your head spinning all around, feel the rhythm, check the rhyme, come on along and have a real good time, like the days of stopping at the Savoy, pardon, at Club 44! Have a good time!’

P.s. As with all things change in time, and at a certain point Club 44 gave way to the Bistrot. And now times have moved on again and the Bistrot will be alive with live music performances once again – in 2019 we have many concerts programmed for the Bistrot – a real Bistrot Live Club. Let the music play!

All the music is free of charge and will be programmed in two phases: aperitif from 7.15 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.; after-dinner from 9.15 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. To see the concerts in programme go direct to the page on Facebook. Good times and good vibrations!

The Bistrot restaurant is open every day also to non-residents for lunch from 12.00 a.m. to 2.30p.m., small afternoon snacks also available, and for dinner from 7.00 p.m. to 9.15 p.m.
