We do not focus on grand things: instead we make it so that the little things can be a little bit grander. With taste, passion and a thirst for travel. From the north to the south and vice versa. Out to discover genuine ingredients, to be prepared with expertise and simplicity. So a barley soup transforms into little pearls that shine in the bowl and light up your smile. The canederli (big dumplings) have the texture of times gone by and taste like the mountains. The spaghetti with tomato and mozzarella of Felicetti creation is a joy to behold and the taglioni with truffle, formed of bio semolina flour is a tribute to tradition and culinary passion. The saddle of fawn is full of aromas fresh from the wood, whilst the strudel has a superb light consistency free of any additives.
It is a wonderful thing to discover that life can be sweet, like the powdered sugar snow that covers the Dolomites in winter.
