A journey around the hotel’s 5 restaurants

Passing from la Stüa di Michil, to Murin, the Ladinia restaurant, Casa Vèdla, and finally to the Bistrot: a one evening journey of adventure around the five hotels making up La Perla’s culinary world!
Our captain of adventure will as ever in these culinary adventures be Nicola Laera, our reliable and trusted chef. He will be the one to prepare the dishes to be served in the five restaurants.
Phileas Fogg, the celebrity created by Giulio Verne, took 80 days to travel around the world. We, in our own modest terms, will celebrate a glorious procession around our 5 restaurants in one evening. You never know though, one lucky gentleman might meet his future wife, just as happened to Mr Fogg on his travels! One thing for sure though is that our guests will not meet Indians attacking their train nor meet the company of elephants. What we can guarantee however is that there will be splendid dishes to relish. Before disclosing more details first let me focus on the dates of this eno-gastronomic extravaganza. It will be on Thursday 22 June, starting at 19,30. A recommendation is to book well in advance as places are limited. Dessert will be served in the Bistrot, but it is certainly not from there that we shall start. We shall in fact start from ‘la Stüa di Michil’ the Michelin starred restuarant here at La Perla. Then we cross the way to Murin, the tavern famous for its seventies look and delicious spare ribs. Then on to Ladinia, the restaurant of our Alpine Inn which in the kitchen and in the bar speaks Ladin – even if Nicole, your host is of Piemonte origin. A real treat then follows for we pass, at no distance at all, to Ciasa Vèdla, the childhood home of Ernesto Costa, it a place where tradition and artisan flair are evident for all to see. In each of the restaurants Nicola will present one of his marvelous inventions and all will be accompanied by a selected wine. The evening will conclude back in the Bistrot for dessert and as the Bistrot is the hub of the hotel with both a bar and background music aplenty there will be much fun to be had too. So, my recommendation is to consider seriously this adventure and to book well in advance. And if you do decide to take part in this extraordinary adventure I have only one final recommendation to make: leave your smart phones firmly off and engage your taste buds to the full.
